You should understand that when you purchase from Walkers Exclusive Chocolates you are bound by these Terms & Conditions, which do not affect your statutory rights.  Walkers Exclusive Chocolates will do its utmost to make sure that all orders are fulfilled and delivered within the time frame specified.  Should events outside our control prevent this, we will contact you by email and arrange an alternative.  If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, a refund of all monies already paid will be made to the credit/debit card used.  We will email you with confirmation of your order.  This will detail your total order and the amount charged to your credit/debit card.  Refunds will be given at the discretion of the management.  It is your responsibility to ensure that the credit/debit card which you are using is your own, you are over 18 years of age and that sufficient funds are available to pay for the cost of your purchase.  If you are in breach of the above, you may also be in breach of the law.  Walkers Exclusive Chocolates has the right to decline any orders.  All prices shown include VAT at the current rate.  All rights including, without limitation, copyright, design and trademarks and their respective uses are owned by Walkers Exclusive Chocolates.  UK deliveries only.
